“Tempo - period products just for kids”

During 3-month fellowship
at an independent advertising agency, Mother NY, a team of fellows came together to come up with a product to respond to the brief: “Kids are
not privileged enough to be kids.” 

A strategist (Elena Deighton), art director (Kai Medina), copywriter (Diamond Abreu),
designer (Betania Moreno), and content creators (Varda Durandisse and Justin Gordon)
worked closely to create a product that facilitates and destigmatizes the conversation
around periods between children and adults.

Tempo is a period product just for kids that change the way the world talks about periods
and puberty. This product includes all gender identities by using inclusive language
and imagery.
